My coworker just revealed to me her plans for when she dies, and though they do differ from my own somewhat, I did my best to support and accept her in a nonjudgmental way.
She wants to have paid mourners wailing and shrieking and throwing their bodies on the casket, drowning out the minister trying to read the service while a high school swing choir sings “She’s Super; Thanks For Asking” over and over and over again.
